Jyubei Sawaya is the 8th generation of Kimono Master Family based
in Kyoto (Nishijin District) since 1776.

He is renownded to break the rules of traditional Kimono art using
new colours combinasion, new technics of fabrication and
association with fashion brands accessories.
He celebrated his 60’s birthday in 2020 with a very unique
Red Collection also available for accessories.

All the accessories proposed at Date are handcrafted at
his workshop in Kyoto and made with silk from all over the world.
